No. Every volunteer gets one link, taps the times they can make, and they're done. No sign-up, no app, no calendar to connect.
How do we make sure the officers can attend?
Mark the president, treasurer or principal as required. A time only counts as a match when every required person is available, and each option shows how many of the full group can make it.
Can we reuse the same PTA roster all year?
Yes. Create a free account and your roster is saved, so next month's meeting takes about a minute to send out.
Is any student information involved?
No. The Time Match™ is for adult volunteers, officers and staff only. We ask for a name and email to send the invitation, and nothing about children is collected or stored.
