The service
The Time Match™ helps a group agree on a meeting time. Creating and answering a match is free and requires no account. Accounts are invite-only while we test, and will become a paid plan when they open generally — we'll say so clearly before charging anyone.
Fair-use limits on the free tier
To protect our email reputation and keep the service fast, the free tier allows up to 5 new matches per day from one internet connection, up to 5 invitation or reminder email sends per day per match organizer, and up to 20 invitees per match. Hit a limit and you'll see a plain message telling you so.
What we ask of organizers
Only add people you actually want at the meeting, and only use email addresses you're entitled to use. No bulk marketing, no unsolicited mail, no unlawful or abusive content in titles, notes or names. We may remove a match and block a sender that breaks this.
Data retention
Free matches are deleted automatically after the meeting — see the privacy page for the exact windows. Don't use a free match as your only record of a decision.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it available and correct, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for missed meetings or indirect losses. Always confirm important meetings in your own calendar.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be posted here, and account holders will be notified.
